Was told I could drop off my taxes and there would be no need to return. They called me an hour later to come back. I left my 2021 taxes plus my past two years of taxes just in case they needed any of that information. I told them I was only filing 2021 taxes, when I came back they had processed my past two years of taxes and found mistakes and recommended I re-file even though H&R Block has done my taxes for the past 5 years...
No one in this office spoke fluent English, which made filing my taxes extremely difficult as I don't speak Spanish. One gentleman filing his taxes next to me walked out saying "I'm not confident in your ability to file my taxes". I hope that gentleman writes a review as I don't understand how this place has a 5.0 rating.
It was near impossible to communicate with the staff, they didn't follow my directions, they told me I wouldn't have to come back, but that was incorrect, one client walked out in the middle of his taxes due to frustration, they were a half hour late to the appointment they made for me. A very frustrating experience overall and I am not confident my taxes were even filed correctly. The whole experience cost me $300.
I would not recommend this office or H&R Block.

I have been having taxes done at H&R block for many years. I have always walked very satisfied with the service and the out come of my tax preparation.
