waited over an 4 hours! and not one person answered the phone! i have call logs and pics... every call is recorded i had to call 5 times!!!you guys suuuuck!!!!took over 4 hours and currently not one person had called me to apologize??! You owe me a my next cell phone bill!!!

I placed my order, and 33 minutes later, they called to say they didn't have the ingredients to make my order. Poor customer service. Wasted 33 minutes of my time.

I understand pizza places do run out of plates. But napkins ! I asked for napkins and they mentioned they didn't have any .. maybe they are encouraging hand washing more often bc of COVID

This store, and Dominos corporate conspire to go for the maximum false advertising. They constantly flaunt their 6.99 2-topping pizzas. But in the fine print, they say Handmade Pan pizza will cost more (how much more, you don't find out until checkout). Then they put in a little * - this is the best price. (Mind you, not the price advertised in big giant Font, not the advertised price, but the "best price".) FTC needs to look into this blatant bait and switch corporate wide activity. (Why? 'Cause CA stores cannot do it for that price, and Dominos wants to confuse customers.) Totally dishohest, starting at the order page.

Went here yesterday to try and escape the rain and have nice cozy pizza. I had a gift card so I was expecting a nice cheap meal. However the employees struggled to figure out the gift card and told me that it had expired and that I would need to pay some other way. To me that is ridiculous, if the employees can't put in a stupid gift card then idk what they know about food safety or anything else tbh. Definitely a first for me, won't be coming back.
