Not good on Customer Service. Ordered 2 pairs of shorts on a Saturday with the 1-2 day shipping option. Did not ship on Monday, called their Customer Service on Tuesday. Charlie the customer service guy said it takes 1-3 days to process order (meaning packing in a box). He said it hadn't processed yet. I shared that paid extra for 1-2 shipping cause obviously needed quicker (leaving for a trip on Thursday). He said there is nothing he can do. I asked if he could call to calling shipping to process the order and he said no. That's awful customer service.

Great products but abysmal customer service! If you need customer service be prepared for what appears to be poorly trained AI. Probably not AI which is sad as I'd expect more out of humans.

Volcom HW is great. A pretty large store with tons of gear and accessories. Their indoor skatepark is epic, too! It's small, but SO fun!
