Adalgisa and Rachel with the leasing office are always super friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. Maintenance completes tasks in a quick and effective manner.
-1 star for Valet Trash, the locked in internet package, default carport not being included in standard rent, and Conservice. All are a waste of money and super frustrating that we have to pay $150+ for these services each month.
Most of the improvement projects theyre running seem a little silly for this complex such as the EV charging stations and the dog park.

Our dog LOVES this dog park behind our apartment. Its just large enough to throw a ball back and forth. It had been a great way to connect with some of my neighbors.

Weve lived here for 4 years and it had come apparent that Camden didnt care much about the Sea Palms, so its been so much better when the new owners bought the complex and immediately started making improvements. The new manager Adelgisa is doing an amazing job. She is very hands on and really cares about the residents and our concerns. Rachel in the office is so sweet and and the maintenance staff are also doing a great job keeping the complex clean and maintained.
My only complaint and why I didnt give 5 stars is we still have this ridiculous Valet Trash service, which is a joke. Were required to pay for the daily trash pickup that probably only a 1/3 of the residents use. In the 4 yrs here, Ive left my trash out twice and both times it wasnt picked up so I dont know even bother anymore but I still have to pay for it. We have trash bins maybe 30 yds from all the buildings and trash chutes on the 2nd & 3rd floors so its really not needed here. Its was a Camden thing that they do at all their residences and Newport Palms should really get rid of this Camden thing.

Living at Newport Palms has been an amazing experience, thanks to the exceptional team led by Rachel and Adalgisa. The maintenance staff also deserves a special mention for their proficiency and dedication. Everyone here is highly attentive, always making themselves available to assist with any needs. From day one, their primary focus has been on elevating my living experience. The recent addition of a new dog park has been a fantastic bonus, and my dog Cowboy absolutely loves it. Its clear they've succeeded in making this community a wonderful place to live. I couldn't be happier with the quality of service and the community here at Newport Palms. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a place that truly feels like home.

The apartment makes you pay for trash valet, however no one ever comes to take it out. I have been skipped for WEEKS at a time before and would love to get rid of this unnecessary and unfulfilled service. Thankfully, the office staff has been super attentive and helpful during my stay here!
