This is a exploitive business for the musicians they hire. They don't pay musicians for the gigs they do. Many of them have to drive long-distance to the gig location. They then have to play at least two hours. Now imagine one does that and never received payment. That's loss time and energy that could have gone to a gig that actually paid when they said they would. This is a criminal agency and anyone using their services should know that the musician doing the gig probably isn't going to get paid. Only deal with reputable agencies because these guys aren't it.
