I am writting this as a SELLER...I gave a 1 star because zero is not an option. We have been 140 days since accepting the offer on our home. We have had 3 closings cancelled so I am currently living out of my car and sleeping on the floor in an empty house for almost 2 months waiting on closing. Jay sills was the lending agent and he basically just ignored every avenue of communication with the buyers agent and our agent until it got passed to a Ritchie in California office after a bad review I left on Google. Thought Ritchie would get this done but turns out he is just as bad with getting things done and communication. We have had closing scheduled for yesterday but here we are waiting to see IF it will happen today. This has got to be the worst company for work ethic I've ever experienced and as a HR manager I would have terminated employment for practices such as these. I suggest anyone reading this to consider other lenders unless you want stress and aggravation.
