I would give them zero if possible. We hired Alex Billiards to do installation for a customer of ours. Jesse and his friend Jose tried to force installation date to a customer when he was not home, without even consulting him first. They simply left him a voicemail, we are coming then, and there is no option to change it. This was $10.000 order, and I find this behavior shocking. When asked why they did this, they started saying that we should be thankful they are doing this for us, even tho, they would've been paid handsomely for the service. Just shocking.
If they are willing to do this on such an expensive game table, image what would happen if you buy less expensive table. AVOID AT ALL COST.
