Awful communication and direction by both doctors and support staff. Multiple days spent not knowing anything about condition or next steps. Straight up had a doctor lie about when a procedure would be performed. If the ambulance gives you any other option for a hospital take it. Avoid avoid avoid.

Ok so please never come here I was transferred here because of a rare heart defect called Fibromuscular dysplasia I was in room 411 I was basically left in pain because Im Allergic to a pain medication called tramtol I have no drug use background and she would not give me anything eals I got a block and I was sit for release after being there for two days I lost Consciousness twice she only gave me two days off and I can barely walk the physical therapist wants my to have in home service but today I was sit to be discharged and my blood pressure went from 91/52 to 200/136 to 307/145 and back down to the 70s she kept me here one more night the nurses never attended the room and treated my room mate with extra love and care me I wasnt even offered a gown I never felt so low. In my life I heard them calling me crazy as I sit and just cried I go home tomorrow my Aritri is blocked and Im back to work in too days Im a nurse at a hospital btw I would never Imtemadate and hurt someone so bad

i thought it was just me this place is horrible they pretend to care staff is not friendly i came in with balance issues and in pain did not give me nothing for pain did not try to find out what was wrong with me just sent me home and gave me a neurologist number (no referral )that don't take most insurance most Doc. would at least make sure they take your insurance just lazy its a shame folks complain about this place.
i went to summit emergency got treated with respect and they ran test this the staff is nice and care about your well being not lazy just all around good staff always have been...and gave me something for pain while i was waiting for my Ct results and blood test that is what Doctor do Try to find out whats wrong with you i was very upset leaving this place still feeling bad and sick. horrible place both walnut creek also lazy staff.

For those of you complaining about staff and lack of service, it's not the nurses' fault. Well, not directlt, anyway.
When you decided it was okay to fire people, primarily in healthcare, because they were unvaccinated, places became short staffed.
During the scamdemic, while you people were playing your part in killing our economy and our hospitals (shutting down parts of the hospital not used for the holocough) by consenting to masking and taking experimental gene therapy injections, Hospital, inc was thriving due to government hand outs for positive cases and intubations, but the lifeblood of the healthcare system was either tik tok dancing their way into narcissistic grandeur or losing their careers for not wanting to take this jab.
Hospitals were ghost towns during the scamdemic, but you didn't even think one step ahead because the tv told you not to.
Enjoy VAIDS. Heads-up, the tv is going to blame all your upcoming symptoms on radiation poisoning from this sham Ukraine situation. Stay away from 5G towers. And for God's sake turn off your damned tv.
