Couldnt recommend them enough. Backstory someone stole all 4 of our tyres and no towing company could do it. They came in clutch and did the work in an hr. We got in contact with them through our insurance company and they did a well done job!

Worst experience Ive ever had with a tow company. Driver arrives and berates me and screams at me and the impound where my flooded car was held. Calls his company and lies to me saying I dont have coverage and thats why theyre canceling my order, called insurance where they told me that was a blatant lie. Then he physically threatened me with his tow truck and proceeded to almost hit me with his truck twice.

Forgetful me locked my key in the car again...........quick call to the Quality towing team and they came out and took care of me.............I guess after the second time I'll keep a closer eye on my key.............thanks Quality towing for the quick service again............they have trucks all over San Diego.............so wherever you are...........they'll come and help you out

Requested through State Farm and their driver didnt understand English long story short I got left on the side of the Highway their driver took my car to the wrong location and I was in San Diego when I live in ontario . Horrible service I tried calling so many people but even their dispatcher didnt speak English or Spanish

I requested a tow service through state farm. I am able to track where the driver is when it's on its way to pick me up. This time I wasn't with my car so I was tracking the whole trip through the link state farm provides. I was the driver drove by the dealership it was supposed to go to but didn't deliver the ca in Lemon Grove, CA. For a whole hour the driver was in El Cajon, CA. When I would call the company, which was about 5 times, they would always say the driver was 5-10 min out. I requested for the driver to contact me which he never did. Previous drivers have always called or texted me to keep me updated. Also, the driver from the day before messaged me before arriving and called me when he dropped off my car at the first dealership it was supposed to go to.
I did threaten to take legal action since the driver had my car at another location that I did not approve of, none of the employees were able to give me an accurate answer and were "unable" to get in contact with the driver. Worse customer service and experience with them.
