Do your taxes here at your own risk. Albert from Professional Tax Group did my taxes. After 2 years, I received a letter from the IRS stating that my taxes were not filed from the past two years. To get straight to my point, there was an issue with my pin. However, Albert did not resubmit my taxes or contact me to solve the problem. In short, I'm stuck with a bunch of late fees and didn't qualify for some state incentives. I contacted Albert by email, phone and in person. He resubmitted my taxes after 2 years and they were accepted finally. He told me in person that he would send me a form to look into getting my late fees dropped, but haven't recieved anything. My biggest disappointment is that he never reached out to help me. I had to email and go in person to try to solve all these issues. No apologies, no how can I help you.

First time my husband and I used a tax professional. We've always used turbo tax in the past, but this year we had some changes in our situation and turbo tax ended up saying we owed quite a bit. It didn't seem right so we had Albert complete our taxes. He was very helpful and we ended up getting a very nice return. We will be returning next year!

Just wanna say THANK YOU so much Albert! I tried to find something inexpensive for me to file especially my dad too. H&R Block is so expensive, my parents had to pay 700! This is way much better! I wanna give applause and thank you to the people who work there! Most importantly Albert to! I'm coming here again!

Done my taxes here for the last 2 years, excellent and fast service! Met with Albert today and he really does a great job he is a rally helpful man. Definetly coming back.
