The staff would not return my calls or emails over crucial tax information that I needed. Tim filed my personal and business taxes for the 2021 year and the Franchise Tax Board said that I still owed them $11k after that tax year should have been completed. FTB said they needed to make a "change" to my taxes and I got hit with a surprise bill and no way to resolve it with my tax service. I later noticed that others were having the same issues with BRN.
