Buying a house in this market is very tough. We never thought we will be able to buy our first home until we decided to reach out to Jonathan and the Fearless Team for the help. First encounter with Jonathan, we were very shocked how he really cares about his clients and reassured us that we wouldn't regret using his team. Customer service is by far the best with his team. They went above and beyond in meeting all of our needs. Answering any questions and concerns we had. We were paired up with Denise and I can tell you that she was always there for us when we wanted to view a house or any question we had. Jonathan is the BEST and totally lives up to his motto as The Fearless Agent!
We reached out to Jonathan to help us sell a condo that was in rough shape. To complicate things further, we live on the other side of the state. That meant we wanted to keep in touch via video calls / emails / etc. Jonathan was totally game for that and kept us very well connected with everything that was going on.
Jonathan did a great job of laying out our options for selling: as-is, with minor updates, or major updates. When we decided to proceed with a major update, he put us in touch with an absolutely amazing contractor. Both Jonathan and the contractor were entirely professional, and checked in regularly during construction with pictures, texts, and video calls. I can easily say it was the smoothest renovation Ive been a part of.
As construction was wrapping up, he clearly explained the pros and cons for a variety of different ways to find buyers for the property. In fact, Jonathan had a buyer lined up even before construction was 100% complete! He negotiated a sale price we were very happy with, kept in touch throughout the escrow process, and the sale completed smoothly.
I always felt that Jonathan totally understood our priorities and has the skills and drive necessary to tackle any challenges that get thrown his way. Jonathan was incredibly reliable, communicated a lot, and demonstrated his skills regularly. This meant that, even half a state away, we could literally rest easily knowing he had everything handled.
