When I was a little 18y/o I did my externship at this place. The Latina lady at front desk trained me n was super nice to me but the owner was a horrible! Idk why she felt the need of intimidating an 18y/o. It was literally my first “job” I remember answering my first phone call n it was a lady who said “hey it’s me” n I said I’m sorry could I please get ur name she yelled at me saying she has a dam business to run why the hell would I ask who she was, immediately the Latina lady took the call n she was yelling at her telling her not to let me answer calls. I was so scared to answer calls since then! I’m now 31 and have had a lot of growth in my career:) I’ve trained employees n I always think back to this place! How I never want to treat someone how I was treated.

The rep who answers the call is highly rude. Very bad experience. Poor customer service

They were fast, professional and attentive. I got a copy of my exam for my doctor on a CD. AND their exams cost so much less than other centers in town. My doctor told me that they did a superb job on my exam. I would recommend them.
