I got a quote over the phone. Provided card payment information and was charged before I signed any document. I decided not to purchase and they are trying not to return my money. Be careful with this business

Giving false information is about as low as a person can get. You sir were given the prices of the insurance and agreed. Then and only after all this did you willingly give the cc information to be charged. We would have gladly voided the transaction the same day, if we would have received a phone call. A policy was issued and you did drive off with the car insured. This policy was cancelled the day you called. You will receive money back, minus any applicable fees. But this has to be refunded by the insurance company. We provided a service and that service was completed. Changing your mind the next day and expecting a full refund is not a valid option. Any adult with a basic understanding of finances would know this.
