Horrible service. My car was taken in on the 23 of october, it’s now the 21 of november almost 5 weeks they had my car. I’m having to call about updates on my car, they don’t tell you anything!!!. They keep saying they need “new parts” and postponing the pickup date. I even showed up at the dealership to retrieve something out of my car and they said they would “probably call me tomorrow ” that was the 8th of november. Don’t bring you car here you’re better off at a shop. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

So many BAR offensives after taking the chance to allow them to resolve it while staying calm.
No return of parts replaced. Because they never actually replaced any.
Misdiagnosis which happens but once again they never ran through proper checks.
1 hour diagnostic approved with one hour of labor approved plus two new parts. Show up to pick up running vehicle to be told it’s not safe to drive home tow but it run. Replace one part and you are good to go. Part was electrical and warranties no issue. Well get home to dead batteries, one completely dead cell battery, fried brand new starter, no relay replaced $180 just for part, to no new fuel filter cap replaced $80, no added oil but they didn’t charge me but was “liters” now, plus 3 extra hours of labor. As well as my spare relay they didn’t return. Service manager Victor was polite assured me service rep Juan would fix it. Well days went by. A few voicemails left. Gave them one full week and mentioned I’ll have to report to bar. I replaced battery they fried and starter myself while waiting. My computer I went bought new to rule out still no start. So how did they ever trouble shoot? Charged me 3 hours to program a FICM that was already programmed, and for parts they never even replaced. I’m out over a $1000. Issue was a fried brand new a/c that pulley bearings welded and frozen stuck from damage unknown. With melted electrical wire for the clutch causing a shorty and belt unable to crank causing the starter to fry all from them repeating starting. Brought to them cranking and hard hard long cold starts. Have all pics and receipts in hand. See if dealership or the Bar corrects issue. Bare minimum I’m owed a full refund for fraud of work.

Please, do not waste your time at CV Ford. I can't recommend them on any level; sales nor service.
The new sheriff, Cameron, promised to clean up this place but he's also an expert at vague unfulfilled promises and he's the one who'll ultimately cost Ford this customer. He reminds me of that old Who song, "Meet the new boss, same as the old boss!". Well, this guy won't be fooled again.
A closing story... While I'm waiting for my load of non information on the sales floor I witnessed an attempt at an "old school" close. I really thought this bullying thing was a dinosaur but they had this poor woman surrounded by the GM and three male salesmen. She's saying $600 a month max. That's all she can do and she's not sure she can do that These guys just keep repeating $699 and we can do it. Just $699. It was embarrassing for the dealer and the woman. I just hope she kept her wits about her. I had to leave.
Like I said folks, don't go here!

Very disappointed in my experience! The place just is slimy. They covered up cigarette smoke with air fresheners and when I tried reaching out the next morning and all day the following day it was nearly impossible to reach them. Now I'm stuck with a nasty truck that literally smells like a casino ash tray. When they finally got back to me two days later they said it was "too late, the paperwork had already been sent out to the bank". I know it was strategic and purposeful avoiding my calls just like covering up the cigarette smoke. I asked if the truck has been smoked in they said no. They also weren't consistent or forthright with other information pertaining to the vehicle's history. One representative said it was a previous rental. Another said it was not. Honesty is huge when purchasing a used vehicle and they don't seem very trustworthy to me. They didn't seem very knowledgeable of their products or on the same page with one another either. It was chaotic to say the least and made the process so much more stressful than it needed to be.
