I have been waiting 3 weeks for an appointment for an MRI. I've done all the preliminary work and a very seldom even return a phone call . not sure what to do to get an appointment. I sure wish I had an alternative because they are terrible.

Horrible customer service; rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. It took months to schedule an MRI when I had existing authorization in place. I was told I didnt have auth and they couldnt schedule and I would be contacted. I wasnt. I provided all the correct information to them several times. Apparently they were using the wrong ID number. I requested a supervisor, who did listen to my concerns and apologized. Regardless, I wish this place was not my only option.
