My husband and I had a great experience with this shuttle service. The ride was quiet and comfortable; even with a full van! The driver was friendly and invited conversation but allowed silence when the other riders preferred to sit quietly on our phones. Highly recommend!

All I know is the driver of van 11 cut me off 3 time and slowed down with no one in front of him just a very aggressive driver also flipped me off not very professional

Book with absolute confidence. As a Chico State parent, North Valley Shuttle has provided an incredible service, adding extra shuttles on the days surrounding school breaks, picking up at student dorms, airport pick-ups according to your airline and just wonderful customer service. The team went out of their way to accommodate everyone's fluctuating needs during the Camp Fire and continue to provide service with genuine kindess and warmth.
