Worst service department ever, I called for service on my skyjacker scissor lift. They told me it was COD and they needed $760 deposit which would cover the service call and some parts. They were supposed to be out Friday, they never showed and didn’t call. I called Friday afternoon and said they now would send a tech Monday. When the tech arrived Monday I told him what the problem was. After a couple hours he said he couldn’t figure it out and it would need to go to the shop. They then billed me the entire $760 for a service call that didn’t fix my lift or even figure out the problem. Then they quoted another $900 plus to take it to the shop and check it out. They are thieves and only try to rip off customers DO NOT USE THEM!

I called the service department and the woman spoke to me like a dog.
My forklift broke down.
These guys were nice enough to rent one while they took 2 months to get the part.
I got tired of being run around and went to NFLF and the fork was fixed with a brand new part the NEXT DAY!
Terrible.
They ripped me off.
