We had an emergency in our manufactured home park with flooding underneath a home. Our then current plumbing company would not make arrangements to come out so we called Applegate Teeples and they were out within 2 hours. Caesar and the team was very responsive and worked on the problem right away. They kept us informed as to what they were doing and what the expected outcome was. On the same day we ended up with another situation and they were on it. The staff on the phone was very courteous as well as the men that came out. I highly recommend Applegate Teeples. Dont waste your time with them.. this company is absolutely awful. They were 3 hours late and after arriving at 5pm, told me they didnt have the part when they actually did. I ended up rushing to the hardware store and getting the part to do it myself. I initially called them cause I have a bad back. They are unprofessional and dont know hot from cold water valves to install a simple sink. Im blown away with the lack of knowledge from their tech. DONT WAST YOUR MONEY WTH THEM!!!
