Itâ€™s unfortunate how dispatch talks to you like youâ€™re a burden to them. I can hear them breathing sighing. After ringing the doorbell and speaking through the intercom the first time they asked what I needed I told them and they never replied they ignored me. I had to ring the intercom again and tell them and you can just hear how frustrated they were. It makes me feel like not asking them for help anymore
