I have worked with Atria El Camino Gardens for 8 years as a wait staff, caregiver, medtech and a coordinator. This facility is far the BEST facility I have ever been to! Clean and does not smell like urine, staff are really on top of maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the community. Staff are great, compassionate, and really care about residents and provide the best care. Excellent food, activities and entertainment. Staff provide dignity and support to residents. I highly recommend Atria El Camino Gardens and it is my honor to be part of this family, this amazing community!

Atria EL Camino Gardens is a safe place to live and best place to work. The food is awesome. The dining experience for residents are no other place that I can compare. Resident has choices of where to dine- Main Dining or the Grill. Both has delicious food and great selections. Staff are amazing and provide compassionate care to our residents. Attentive to residents needs and pay attention to details. I started working in ECG since April 2007 and this community been graciously supporting me through my nursing career. I tried working other place, but there is no place like home. I love working here and the residents love us. We have director, caregivers, and housekeepers that work here for over 20plus years. The longevity of the employee says a lot in this Community.
