My friend is currently staying there and she says the place is horrible. When she hits the call light it takes hours for anyone to answer the call. She says they're all just standing in the hall talking and don't care about the patients. This is a direct quote from a txt she sent me.
"This place is so scary. In my new room they if you push your button they dont come for hours. Then when they do they cant find the stuff they need to take care of you. Like chucks, diapers, Towels. This is terrible. And I sat for hours crying in pain before anyone came by to help me."
And this txt when i asked if they were short handed:
"No they have a bunch of nurses but they all just gossip in the hallway and ignore your calls."
I want to help her but i don't know what to do.
