I was in By the Sea , from early 2021. I have a life today that started with seeking help. The guidance of BTS made it possible and showed me the patience to grow in sobriety and I still have there support today. I'm super greatful to there entire team. And will always be thankful for my time with them .

Great place! Mark runs a diligent, caring, supportive, and loving home there. The guys in the house work strong programs. I highly recommend to any man looking to stay sober and work a solid program.

By the Sea Recovery has been there as a rock solid foundation a handful of times over the past 5 years. I couldnt have asked for a more stable , clean , and healthy environment to be a part of and walk along side during those early days in sobriety. Mark and Amy , the owners, are genuine and caring people who have proved time and time again they want nothing best for clients that come across their path. Nick, their director of operations, is a solid guy who comes around the house weekly to check in and maintain contact with the guys; he is very sincere and a pillar in their community. Would highly recommend this sober living as well as their detox/residential facility.

I am the mother of a 32 year old man who has realized great success with his sobriety , living in a By The Sea Recovery house. The support system there has been remarkable. We are so grateful that our son knows he's not unique to this disease. And we know that upon his re-entry in to his community at large he'll have tools learned at By The Sea that are lasting. We are grateful beyond words for the support he has received while @ By The Sea. The management is outstanding. I cannot speak highly enough of this wonderful agency. Thank you By The Sea.

Our son was a client at By the Sea in Carlsbad. This was not our first program so we were very anxious about starting the process over. Mark and Amy were very kind but firm, all staff was excellent and the program was very well structured. Our son did very well in the environment. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a outpatient program!
