Working with Tim made me feel important. He took the time to give me incredibly thorough responses and ushered me through the experience with expertise, humanity, and respect! He always got back to me extremely quickly, which showed me he valued me and respected my time. I never felt like Tim wasn't doing what he said he would do. He works long hours and yet, or maybe because of that, he was always available when I reached out. He is friendly and works his butt off to get you what he can! I cannot recommend Tim and Goosehead enough. I was so pleased with the service I received... it was refreshing to have someone follow through competently and not forget to do something or fail to respond. That's pretty rare these days. An insurance broker with accountability and veracity! You won't be disappointed.
