Awesome experience with wework in burbank. The staff is great I got to use the 11th floor for a whole day. I will use wework in the future since the keycard has been activated

DO NOT RENT FROM WEWORK. They rob you of your money and refuse to provide timely responses. They overcharged me on retainers, then if you move within the same space theyll take another and charge a grossly incorrect amount. They also state in their fine print they can move you anywhere, whenever they want- and not down the hall to another office but an entirely different city and charge an additional retainer!! This is the absolute worst company and are complete thieves. Im still trying to get my money back and they allow months to pass and ignore my request to cancel my office. As of right now they owe me thousands of dollars and as far as I know they havent cancelled the office and continue to bill as if I owe money even though I havent set foot there and requested multiple times to cancel the office. I will continue to post this on all the officse in the area. Stay away! This is straight up robbery .

Very disappointed in how WeWork has treated my company as a client. We were extremely happy with the WeWork location on Alameda in Burbank until the folks in the office next door mentioned they received a notice that the location will be shut down at the end of the month. We still have not received the notice but were able to confirm the location is being shut down. When we inquired about what this meant for us we were told in no uncertain terms that we had to relocate to another WeWork location and we had to stay until the end of our lease term, which is another five months. The nearest location that can accommodate our LA team will create a significant hardship for members of our team to travel to. Although not far in miles, it is a very bad traffic area during rush hours. They seem to have zero concern for the impact this will have on our team. The communication and service we have received since learning of this issue are nothing short of atrocious. I will never be a client of WeWork again. I had a great experience when I ran a practice from a WeWork in San Francisco and then Burbank but never again!!!! Beware of signing a lease with them as they include a provision that they can move you anywhere at any time based on their business needs.
