The best doctor in Los Angeles. We have been to several doctors and Dr Petra is without a doubt the best!!!! Very dedicated, warm and loving. Explains gently and is always available! The clinic staff is also amazing! There is no on

I am sorry to give this amazing doctor such bad rating but her office is just horrible, the people working there have no empathy, they have been desensitized from human suffering, they do not care if your child is sick or how urgent you might need to speak to someone regarding peace of mind regarding your child's health, won't even answer messages, they would say they called and left a message when they did not. It is always the office staff that make the Dr's look bad. I dont understand why people who have no vocation for customer service still choose such jobs, if you're so miserable look for something else instead of putting your issues on others. This office staff has no regard for your time, and as I said, no empathy. I am sad to see this doctor does not have any other locations, I still have to put up with those horrible people in the front desk, when you confront them about their bad attitude they basically say "so?" I will be looking for a new pediatrician for my children, now I have to go through that hassle again. I recommend if you're thinking of this office, you might want to reconsider unless you dont mind dealing with those nasty people in the front desk, and expect no support what so ever when your child is sick, people truly are ignorant of the importance of their job and why it matters to do it right. shame on the front desk people at this office. SMH
