Facilities are nice but the quality of care is very poor. Our Dr's we're always late for appt, appt's were further and further out. The Dr that delivered my baby was rude bordering on inappropriate. In a separate incident, by the time they were able to do an ultrasound my wife had already miscarried. They were never apologetic about any of it just expected us to deal wit it. So we dealt with it. We just switched to Optum Health Pasadena and can already tell that the level of service is greatly improved.

They randomly sent a bill to a collection agency for $157..? Damaging my credit, despite me coming here various and paying cash for countless services and also having valid insurance. I call them and they state my account is in good standing, but instead of fixing the issue with "M Leonard" they just give me the run around and report this fraud on my credit profile.

Dr. Minosa is very caring and professional. Nurse Marina is so helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.

I love the doctors and staff here. Been with my daughter since she was born. Love them!!!
