I became aware of David through word of mouth after a car hit me in a crosswalk. He saw my wife and me very quickly and went right to work on the case as well as setting me up with some medical help. He made the whole process easy to understand and handled the whole case without any problems. He's a good guy and we would definitely recommend him again.

I cannot recommend Rosen & Blumberg enough! Mr. Blumberg fought hard for me after a horrific car accident that severely injured my back. I was so out of it and such a hard person to get ahold of during this process because my mental and physical health was in shambles. But Mr. Blumberg never gave up on me or my case. He went above and beyond to win my settlement and I am eternally and forever grateful. The entire staff was always so pleasant, helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable, and always made me feel taken care of. My case settled in January of 2020, so this review is criminally overdue, but thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone at Rosen & Blumberg. You can absolutely trust that you're in good hands with this team.

After speaking to David recently, I realized my review was very harsh, especially since I wrote the review on a roller coaster of a day - which is really unfair. With that, I retract the one star review and give them five stars alongside a sincere apology on my end.This was my first ever case and so I had unrealistic expectations of how long a case should be settled by. Upon actually hearing that it wasn't more so their fault but the insurance companies faults for taking so long, this company was not at all to blame. In addition to the process taking much longer due to COVID, David was doing the best he could with the circumstances given. I don't think I would have gotten the settlement I got had I chosen to go with another firm, given all the circumstances. So thank you guys!!
