Everyone else is so nice and welcoming, great customer service, always helps me with my packages, except one lady. She is an older lady, has glasses on and has short flappy dirty blondeish hair. I asked her questions about my package and she just said, i dont know honey, and was very rude while looking me up and down. The second time I went she just went to the back and acted to be busy so i can be helped by someone else. The third time I opened the door for her when she had trouble opening the door in the cold, seemed to be late to work. Of course, no thank you or anything and she just ignores me. I know that she could be nice because she was nice to other regular customers. seriously please stop being rude to your customers. I moved my po box just to not bump into the lady even though the other workers are so nice there.

Numerous times our packages have been returned due to undeliverable addresses. Im shipping to my paid postal box! Wth!

I didn't realize that the other Post Offices were just as bad if not worse. I've been using Lake Arrowhead and they have reduced hours, never use parcel lockers and don't offer full service on Saturdays. By this judgment they are probably worse than Blue Jay. My zip code is 92352 so for shipping Amazon to a physical address it's just easier to stick with Lake Arrowhead but if I had a choice I'd move back to Blue Jay. Now LA location always has long lines to pick up packages which they didn't when I wrote this review at Christmas time. Oh and the employees at Blue Jay were never rude to me while at the LA location I could make the same requests and get hassled and denied them.

None of the other post offices in the area are run as poorly as this one. I heard this from multiple locals but actually experienced it myself today. At 11 am I had to wait in line for almost an hour to pick up packages at the Blue Jay location. I went over to the Lake Arrowhead location directly after because we just opened a PO Box with them. I waited in line for about 3 minutes. The Blue Jay locations didn't used to be like this they operated just fine before a few months ago. I think they are short on employees and that's why they are backed up. I'm very happy to be switching post offices because I don't know when Blue Jay PO is going to to back to normal. This isn't just covid or Christmas there is a systemic issue going on with that location. I'm not receiving my mail there any longer.

Our post office used to be great, friendly and efficient. Not anymore. Its slow, lines wait forever, and unfriendly ness.

Staffed and a charming location with P.O. boxes available for rental. Thanks for the service and mailed two letters from here which were placed by hand and mailed for me, thank you.
This location is less busy that the main post office in the village and offers General Delivery boxes. Another location is in Cedar Glen for small, customized and consistent service for residents of Lake Arrowhead.
USPS performs well down below and up high here in the San Bernardino Mountains. Many new neighbors in town and Lake Arrowhead is becoming a well connected community. Thanks for service.
