Very helpful, personal and informative employees. Much better than what i have become accustomed to in San Jose. Reminds me of how this country used to be. Man i miss those days.

I was pleasantly surprised there wasn't a line and greeted the employee behind the counter. I needed to mail two boxes and I placed them where she gestured. She asked if there was anything fragile, I replied yes, both boxes. She measured it, printed the tag and gave me a total. I asked how it was shipping, she replied priority. I called her a mind reader and asked how much it was insured for. She said $50.00 and I said I needed to insure it for more (eye roll). I asked if she if she could add it. She said there was nothing she could do (eye roll). I asked if she could void it. She picked up the box and slammed the smaller box on a lower shelf. She was able to void the first box of and re-enter it with the $200.00. Took the first box and slammed it in top of the second. I don't mail packages very often but remembered the clerk previously asked to to verify the address. I hope they arrive at the destination intact.
I use to work retail years ago and am always polite and pleasant because I know at times it's not an easy job. She may have had a difficult customer prior to me as seemed like she was having a bad day. I thanked her and left.
I was really impressed by the other employee that would grab packages and mail for people that walked in without asking their name. He knew EVERYONE.
