Our practice has been with ability answering service for 15 years. Within these 15 years ability has always served as a professional company. We have trust and confidence in them with handling all of our busy practice office messages. They are extremely great with communication. I have spoken to many staff members there, all whom are very pleasant, polite, and kind, (managers too). Ability does come highly recommended. We appreciate the services they provide us and we will continue to use them in the years to come.

I called my vascular surgeons office 5 times and finally told the ability agent the urgency of needing David to call me back, I have never experienced such dis compassionate people , there seems to be this rampant attitude in a lot of businesses in the USA right now, I will never be talking to anyone there and I have informed their upper management bosses and will talk to Dr. V about this. Amit Khurana, Anaheim, Ca, shame on them, they offer the worst customer experience ever to me!

I have worked for Ability for 16 years, The Owners are the best I have worked for and take care of their employees, they go above and beyond! We are very accommodating and flexible. :-)
