Debra is a liar and screws you over. Paid her to do my taxes and she filed them wrong and lied about the amount I was going to get. Tried to reach out every day for two weeks and they constantly just said that she was out of town or at lunch or busy. Went in and she wasnt there that day. Dont do your taxes here listen to the reviews!

Received IRS letter for additional bal. Tax prepared made ERRORS. That explains WHY THEY DONT RETURN YOUR CALLS, MESSAGES OR EMAILS. I made multiple calls, left messages and emails and never got a response back. Contacted IRS and were able to get to the bottom of my issue. IRS had to make adjustments.Also, on tax returns they put tax prepared fees $40 LESS than what I actually paid them. I do not recommend going to NTS. This was my experience with them.

Dont do ur taxes here. Theyre IRS number was comprimised and everyone whos went here to do their taxes wont be getting a return.
