Absolutely streamlined experience with Mario and his company. Weve heard nightmare stories about other builders and we encountered nothing of the sort with them. Pool is immaculate and well designed/built. Mario has been helpful well after the build assisting us in maintenance when we need advice. Lack of courtesy for neighbors and neighborhood policies. Consistently blocks driveways and leaves piles of dirt in the street. Our neighbors and I have reached out to crystal pools directly on numerous occasions and have yet to receive a call back. Weve also asked them to park on site, and were told we park where we want.

Mario and Mario Jr. Turned our Back Yard into an amazing Getaway. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to add a Pool to their home.

Never return phone calls. Called 5 times no call back. I understand if your closed cause of the plandemic. But your answer machine should state that.
