Medrano Roofing was hired to repair the roof at my condo by my HOA. I had a few concerns during their repair that I asked them to address with zero response. The concerns being that they drilled through the ceiling of my roof so I can see the screws sticking out, left part of my roof exposed overnight with no notice, dropped debris through my skylight, as well as some other issues. The office has never responded to any of my requests or email and has always been very rude and short to my request to have my concerns reviewed.

I had a botched roof that needed fixing, so I contacted this company to inspect my house three times. While I was in the process of getting my money back for the botched roof, I had the company come by again to explain the high quote for the new roof which I intended to finance. However, the quote they provided was $3000 higher than the original quote due to inflation. THE SPIKE OF THE INFLATION WAS THE SUMMER of 2023, and now they wanted to add on $3K???? Nope... Took my business somewhere else. That's everyone's excuse INFLATION.

Medrano's roofing came to my rescue! They were very efficient and gave me a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend and use their service again.
