Everyone who works here is acting like there in high school Some Are talking on the phone in the middle of the job... look at your security cameras even the security guards here are not doing there jobs right
This hospital uses to better back in the day
Now it's a joke no wonder why Mercy hospital is going to be torn down

Worst ER. Had to put a 1 star because there is no option for ZERO. You could be dying on the floor and no medical staff would even look at you. We are still waiting and have been here over 12 hours. What was Kaiser thinking when they contracted this hospital.

Unfortunately, I am unable to leave zero stars but please do not come to this hospital in the case of an emergency. I have been in this hospital for 12 hours now and still going. Received my first care 6 hours in and now I am waiting for x-rays til who knows when. This hospital is the worst possible hospital experience I have received. They do not communicate or check in on you. You have to hunt down the nurses for any kind of update and then get attitude and no answers. Please steer clear of this hospital. Will never again return. I will be driving to Fresno Kaiser if needed to avoid this hospital at all costs.
