Came here as a last minute stop and if in the area I would gladly choose to stay here again. Everyone was friendly and helpful, room was clean and quiet. No complaints here! We also had the complimentary breakfast and it was delicious. So many options but not limited to bagels, waffles, fresh fruit, coffee, orange juice, yogurt, eggs, bacon, potatoes, all the best breakfast foods I felt like I was dining like a king lol, thanks Hilton!! Ive stayed at give or take 7 hotels and this one has been my favorite

I recently stayed here for 3 days. I didnt have to go to the front desk for anything, not even for check in. I used my digital key. Upon entering the room you could tell that it was slightly dated just by looking at the kitchen area. Which was not a problem because I did not need the kitchen. I did look at the dishes and they looked to be in good condition. When I opened the fridge there was some stains on the door like something had been spilled. Nothing too bad though. I was only putting my bottles of water in there anyway. Though the stain was very obvious so Im wondering how good of a job housekeeping is.
The room itself was nice and spacious, nice size television, big bed and clean. Upon further inspection of the room I could see that the wallpaper had started to peel back. They should just get rid of the wallpaper and paint the walls white in my opinion, but I digress.
The reason for the 3 stars?
Wallpaper is peeling. Stain in the fridge. And when I went to turn on one of the lamps there was NO lightbulb. I did not call the front desk because the only reason for me using that particular light was to take photos of the room. Im sure if I would have notified the front desk they would have promptly taken care of it. Also I was a little hot so I went to turn the air down. I searched all over for the thermostat and I could not find it. Turns out it was BEHIND the TV in the living room. A VERY INCONVENIENT place for a thermostat. I had to turn TV and and reach behind. I could barely see what the thermostat said when I hit the buttons because it was at a very awkward place. Then when I went to get a Kleenex to wipe my nose, I pull one out of the box and it was DAMP. I pull a few more out and those are DAMP too. It is very disgusting to touch a damp Kleenex. Turns out the whole bottom of the box was WET!!
I had breakfast on my last day there( I remembered to take a pic after I had almost finished eating. Sorry). There were a variety of choices and the area looked clean and well maintained.
So , the thermostat placement, peeling wallpaper, stain in the fridge and wet Kleenex is why I gave 3 Stars. Also the bed was not as soft as I would have liked. I think the bed is just old.
Overall, would I stay here again. Yes
Everything that made this visit 3 stars is not horrible. Though the thermostat placement does give me pause and it was in a VERY INCONVENIENT place.

Life Diamond guest review here! Something is going on at this hotel. My first stay I witnessed an elderly customer being verbally abused by a desk agent and when myself and another witness asked for a manager she falsly claimed she was the manager. Another employee told us she lied. She also lied about her name. She gave us a false name and other employees admitted she lied there as well. Her real name is Danette or Dannet. Anyone that would lie like that shouldn't be customer facing.
This morning I tried to check in on my app where I was experiencing some issues so i called and got the night desk agent. 5:50am. He was argumentative and spoke down to me from the get go. He never helped me. So I called the Life Diamond desk at hilton and have taken a formal complaint.
There seems to be some poor leadership at this hotel. Attitudes and behaviors like these typically are a symptom of leaders setting bad examples.
