Excellent customer service, Jonathan Stratton answered all my questions and concerns I had regarding the Solar industry. My family is very happy and satisfied with the home improvement.       image We have been contacted by many solar salesman and never felt comfortable with the sales pitches nor the high-pressure tactics. Jonathan Stratton answered all of our questions at least three times and gave us ample time to make up our minds without feeling uncomfortable.
      Kern Power installed solar and a new air conditioner with no money out of pocket. All other companies we talked with offered solar only for the same kWh rate.
      Installation was a breeze, the crew was friendly and efficient and left our yard as clean as it was when they arrived.
      The inverter install was clean and the conduit was color matched to our house. The panels on the roof have great curb appeal.
      If you are considering solar my wife and I highly recommend Kern Power; John Stratton and his subs Infinity and Air-Temp. Jonathan is an exceptional young man, he treated us like family and not only answered all of our questions but handled every aspect of the installation.

The only company that didn’t make any changes from their original offer was Jonathan Stratton with Kern Power Co.. My husband is an electrical designer for a major oil company so I left the technical discussion between him and Jonathan. Jonathan was upfront and honest. He stayed with us from the start, instillation through final inspection. Jonathan always let us know what the next step would be. Kern Power Co. provided everything and we didn’t have to do anything. We have enjoyed the savings that having Solar provides.
