Sad , rude and store looks like an empty dollar store -why are the employees so rude now and not helpful - I used to go there before they remodel and since then the inventory is extremely low and employees sit around and visit hope this store closes -rude , rude , rude -wow good job running this store into the ground -hope they close for good ! Back to Target

all I have to say that I went to several bed and baths and horrible service , no stock asked them nicely if the other stores had it said yes one store and they don't ship out only pickup well after the fact I called David at Bakersfield and tell u I live in Sherman oaks and let me tell u he was amazing went out of his way to help me and ordered the curtains i wanted and shipped it out to me now that's what u call a great employee !!!!!

The employees here are now condescending and not helpful. Way over priced. Nothing on sale here unless you bring in a coupon? What is that all about? The coupons are not worth it. You have to print the coupon yourself and even with the coupon everything is still over priced. EVERYTHING is made in China. All they sell is overpriced junk now. This store used to worth it and the employees used to be friendly and helpful. That's what you get for being "woke". Go woke go broke. I am done with this store

Walked into the store to start a wedding registry. There were 3 employees just standing near the front of the store chatting. I told them that I came to start a wedding registry and they said It is all online. They said to go on the internet and start it. I asked if I would still be able to scan things in the store if I register online and they looked at me like I was crazy and said no. Not one employee even took a step toward me or was willing to help. They were actually quite rude. Upon realizing that they were not even going to attempt any customer service, I turned around and left.
Beyond the attitude of the employees, registering for bed and bath supplies all online is ridiculous. I cannot tell if I like the feel of a towel or a sheet based on the picture and description online. Every Google search I have done about in store wedding registries brings up Bed Bath and Beyond. Apparently it is all lies. My guests will just have to buy things at a store that appreciates customers.
