As you can see there are minor and major issues with the quality of construction taking place with LGI. They were able to fix minor issues, but they are refusing to fix the Granite Countertop that was installed with as you can clearly see a huge crack.
You would imagine that it would be caught during install but it was not until we got into the home that we noticed the obvious crack during install. I have tried to file through their process of a warranty claim and I am being told it is not covered through warranty. When I try to contact higher management my calls are ignored and no response in emails either.
Overall satisfaction from this company is subpar and downright disturbing for families that are expecting a nice positive experience when transitioning into their new home.
Do not just take my word for it the pictures speak for themselves. Very very disappointed and displeased with the treatment from all parties involved.
