Larissa Sherman, with London Properties, is the most professional and caring realtor to have when selling or buying a home. She was very knowledgeable, understanding, and informative throughout the sale of our house, providing us with timely guidance, pros and cons, and various options from the very beginning to after the close. She kept us updated with the Market analysis and trends, as well as, showed empathy and respect with every decision we made. Larissa, and her Team, need to be commended on their commitment and dedication for their help, and answering any questions we had during the sale. If she didnt have an answer to a question, she was determined to check into it and quickly respond with an answer or lead us in the right direction. Larissa, also went above and beyond to help us with the purchase and timing of the close of our new home, which another local realtor represented. Though the whole process and timing of selling a house can be stressful, Larissas professionalism and dedication helped guide us through a pleasant experience and a smooth transaction. Therefore, it is without reservation, my wife and I would recommend Larissa Sherman as the One Realtor to Sell or Buy your Home.

Scott Messing was our realtor when we first purchased our house. We had financial difficulties because I was self employed and Scott was the only person that treated me professionally.      After our purchase, Scott stayed on our radar through market mailers and words of encouragement. After the wife and I finished our remodel - we chose Scott to represent us to sell. Scott made selling hassle free; he brought in quality photogs to make the house shine and we had an offer in 4 days 25k above asking. Scott is truly not messing around. I would use him again for all of my real estate needs and would recommend his to anyone looking to buy or sell.

omg so glad to find this, I though I was the only one she treated this badly, please read my review of the business. I did not find this of her only before I posted on on the business, but it does not matter she gives shitty service and her boss can care less if her clients are happy or not as long as she keeps closing the deals.  So brace yourself and read on....I had the most bizarre and unprofessional experience with this office, The realtor Larissa Sherman was the listing agent for the house we wanted to buy.  We did not have an agent so we decided to have her represent us, well we quickly realized that was a mistake and we were in for a stressful and long transaction.  It kind of sucks because we could not get rid of her in the middle of the contract afraid to loose the house in case she did something to sabotage the deal.  This lady did not represent us, did not put our interest before hers, not to mention the communication.  We were expected to do this transaction thru texting, would not keep us informed, would answer your message late at night, always had excused something was going on in her life such as selling her own property,  out of town, on vacation etc.  When she did return your call, she was in a rush, had no info to share, sounded bothered by the fact she has to return the call.  My husband told her once her service was very unprofessional and she said she would do better, that even the sellers were saying the same to her and she was frustrated.  At one point the loan officers told her the same thing  by email and after that she cut off all communication with him.  On the week we are suppose to close she takes a vacation and the night before after looking for her for days by phone and text she replied  that she was at the boardwalk and would send a replacement for the walk thru.  long story short, the replacement knew very little about the questions we had and we did most of the interaction with the sellers on our own.  I contacted the broker at this Atwater office via fb messenger and instead she replied saying all messages go to her and why did I want to speak with him, I was able to google him and get his email, he never responded. He finally called me and left me a msg, I called him back after closing because I was not ready to address this issue being it was such a headache, stressful and tense time for us so I waited until we signed off on the house and had some time to analyze the whole experience.  The broke obviously took her side and said it was her top selling agent and office manager and was not really interested in what transpired.  I wont speak for the sellers but I was told by them they also had a hard time communicating with this lady and that texting was very unprofessional in her part.  to this day, 22 days after closing we have not had a call, a thank you note or anything from this agent, very disappointed by her professional character.
