Certified Auto has a separate Oil change system so No dropping off and picking up at the end of the day !!! And bring your own oil and filter cost is $32 to change !! I did not wait long. The owner Keith also offers Seniors 10 pct discount off labor and parts . Kimberly is fantastic handling customer service . 5 stars

If I could give zero star I would do NOT take your car here! They will give you wrong information, took my 02 Lexus is300 for a gas leak and they gave me a paper stating a bolt has shoved its way into your gas tank and quoted me 450$ for labor and not including the gas tank that supposedly had to repair but took my car to another mechanic for second opinion and absolutely false information! There was NO bolt in my gas tank and the bolt was on the body of the frame no where near my tank! It was just a loose fitting from the fuel neck! Charged me 130 for a mechanic to look at my car Absolutely felt taken advantage of and never in my life had a mechanic shop rip me off like this. I called the shop to let them know their diagnoses were wrong after taking my car to another shop and expressing I am dissatisfied with my service, the manager decided to hang up on me and give me attitude. Then to top it off Kieth called me with attitude after the manager hung up on me and told me I was wrong and to bring the car back and they smoked the car and there was a different problem all of the sudden not stated on the papers they gave me but why would I ever do business with a shop like this ever again?! Not even a apologies for the false statement! I will spread the word to others, family, and friends not to bring your car here because they will give u false information then have attitude with you after expressing concerns I asked for Kieth and manager said he wasnt around but yet after I complained about my services and manager hung up on me Kieth was quick to call me and give my attitude and say I was wrong. What a horrible first and last experience with this place. BEWARE!!!!! Picture below of the bolt lodged into my gas tank even though its not the gas tank and their statement of the problem. I have never experienced such disrespect and problems with a mechanic shop like this before! Didnt even update me or call me when my car was ready and I had to call and ask. Customers BEWARE! They can say all their excuses but pictures dont lie! 100% not worth 130$ for diagnoses. To think I was gunna spend over 1k at this place to fix a problem that wasnt even there and being referred by familyshame on you certified auto! Say all that you want, pictures I have here say a lot!

To start, you called and spoke to my manager in a very rude manner. Telling her you spent $150 for the wrong diagnosis(it was $135). The bolt that was removed after puncturing your gas tank is sitting on my desk as I write this response, so it is funny that you added pictures of something else and said that was what we were talking about. I did call you back because my manager contacted me to tell me of your complaint. Funny part was that I offered for you to bring the vehicle BACK to my shop, and I would repressurize the tank and show you the leak...but you insisted that it had already been fixed. I do stand behind my work, and it was you who was not reasonable. I made every attempt to get you back here to show you the issue, and even told you that there might have been additional issues, but my tech found a leak where the bolt had pierced the tank. I would be happy to still do that, but that is not up to me. The vehicle you are driving was previously wrecked with a salvage title, and caused you issues. The bolt we removed was apparently a leftover from the repairs done to get it back on the road. If you have any other questions of concerns, feel free to contact me.
