TLDR: Dentist left in the middle of my operation for about 45 minutes after already starting it while I had stuff in my mouth. Scammed and ghosted me after I tried to switch dentists and request for my x-rays. Then they tried calling me back this year to inform me I need to get my annual x-rays taken.
The long comprehensive review:
Around a year ago, I went here simply for a tooth cleaning procedure.
FIRST: They took x-rays of me without even asking me for my consent of the fact in order to claim the money from my dental insurance. I was kept waiting the entire time under the idea that they would bring me in for the tooth cleaning procedure before they directly brought me in to get my x-rays taken.
SECOND: They informed me I had a cavity so I agreed to get it filled by them. The doctor in the **MIDDLE** of the operation leaves me waiting for about 45 minutes with stuff in my mouth and teeth. I'm no dentist, but I don't believe that is ok in terms of both professionalism and procedural protocols.
THIRD: Due to that experience, I decided to switch dentists. But because they had already used up my x-ray coverage for the year, I couldn't get them retaken at another dental office. So I spent the next 6 months trying to get these people to send me the x-rays they took so I could transfer them to my new dentist. And you can guess already - I tried around a total of 7 times and they told me each time they would send them but ghosted me.
So why am I posting this now? Because today they had the audacity to call me and ask if I wanted to get my x-rays taken there again. I don't usually write reviews but this was enough to push me over the edge.
Conclusion: Do not go here if you value any type of professional integrity or professionalism.

My family has been Dr. Vo and Dr. Dang's patients for years. The staff was friendly, and Dr. Vo and Dr. Dang were very professional, gentle and thorough in explaining everything. Great experience overall!

Do not come here. The dentist doesnt care about ever patient their very bias and focus their attention on oriental people. The assistants who are not oriental are the ones helping everyone else who is a different race.
I unfortunately am stuck coming here because of the treatment I signed up with the previous dentist at their other location. Im only giving them 1 star because the assistants who are of a different race/ethnicity actually care about helping everyone else.
