Ive been a BoA customer since 1974shame on me!! It seems as if every BoA branch has issues. Besides their lack of staffing and the poor customer service problems Ive experienced , this last episode takes the cake. I went to deposit checks in the ATM and the machine ate my card and would not return it. I went inside and was told they couldnt access the machine and to call the 880# for a new card. To add insult to injury, I then spent 45 on the phone to get a new card. Unbelievable!

I called they said they would be open till 4. I get there and their closed for an hour for lunch at 12pm. Yet I got there 10 min before 12 amd the doors were already closed. I hate bank of america, switching banks now

I had a problem with my check order. The incorrect type of checks were ordered when I brought my reorder slip in. I came in and had a bad experience with Alex F who was a relationship banker. Basically he said I was stuck with them. I went home and researched more and realized that yes indeed I could get the type of checks I wanted through B of A. So back I went and Karen Valles helped me. She also is a relationship banker. She not only ordered the correct checks, she put a rush on delivery and credited my acct for the wrong checks. I give her a 5 star review for taking the time to correct this problem, unfortunately the other two people I dealt with there get a much lower review.
