Been with the Bugman for a lot of years. Had the same service guy, Don, for many of those years. Don was like family. On a recent rodent problem I called the company and sent Don a text. Thats when Don answered me and told me he did retire. Bugman knew how we felt about Don. To not get a call from them was just unacceptable. I had to call 3 times about the trap. Not knowing who has taking his place, our dog situation and our service time was disappointing. Didnt feel like a valued customer. Maybe it was time for us to move on. Congratulations to Don! Services: Ant extermination, Rodent extermination, Spider extermination
