Truly Nolen Pest Control

Justin came out and inspected our home. He was dressed professionally and appropriately, very polite, and did a very thorough job of inspecting our home. He was on site for approximately two hours, inspecting the attic, and under the house, the eaves, exterior foundation areas, and inside our home surveying the hardwood floor and an area of concern and the reason we contacted Truly Nolan. Justin provided a very detail report, both verbal and written and provided suggestion on how to mitigate our issues. On the day of the treatment Kyle came to our home, and he was also dressed professionally, very courteous and professional. He spend over eight hours treating the attic, crawl space, exterior foundation, and the area of concern. He patched all areas drilled professionally, cleaned up adequately, and gave us a debrief after he was done. All in all, Truly Nolan was very professional and provided an excellent service, and we highly recommend them, as a matter of fact we recommended two three others, with one using Truly Nolan, and also very satisfied. The service was done on Sept. 7 th...I called the representative ( Justin ) on Sept. 9 th,,,I had signed a one year service contract...Then I was billed $110.00 for the Sept. 7 service...Justin never returned my call...I am trying to find out why I was billed separately when I also signed a one year agreement...
