This company was the best out of the 5 different ones that I had come inspect my house. Most of the companies recommended a fumigation but this is one of the few companies that performed a thorough inspection checking both my attic and my area space finding not only dry wood termites but also subterranean termites which the other companies failed to notice. Also a fumigation which was recommended by the other companies would not have worked for the subterranean termites. I'm glad I took the time to get a few extra estaminets because I would have ended up having to do two separate treatments. thank you ultimate termite control you guys saved me money and taught me about termites I am thankful and I will continue to use your service and share the good news and help other people get excellent service. They were not the cheapest but they were the best. The reason being is the quality of chemical they use and the fact they perform the initial treatment to get termites killed and under control. Also a second treatment at the end of the year and a third treatment at the end of the second year. This amounts to three complete jobs which is something none of the other companies do - I asked several of the companies regarding this and I was informed I had to pay for any follow up treatment up to $1000 a treatments. Instantly I knew this was a money grab attempt by the other companies I inquired about this.  This helped to solidy my decision to proceed with ultimate termite control. This company really knows their stuff Ryan and Johnny came out to my property about a month ago and gave me an estimate to do the termite work, I was very pleased with their price after shopping around and decided to go with ultimate termite control, they returned back a few days later to do the job and I was impressed to see that they were the ones doing the job, not a technician they did an amazing job and took their time and I have not seen any type of evidence or termites since they did their work, These guys really knew their stuff and it showed and I plan on staying with this company for a long time to come, I have used other companies in the past and have never had Anything like this treatment done before, they treated into my walls because the termites had made their way into the walls which made it very practical for me because of my pets, I did not have to move out during the treatment process, that saved me money on a hotel and also having to bag up all my food, I fumigated my house before in the past and I was left with broken tiles damaged plants, and the termites returned within six months I will never fumigate my house again, this company is one of the best I am sure if you give them a try you will see for yourself they are not the cheapest company, but that is because you are paying for experience and quality, not everybody can kill termites and do a good job, this is a special service that requires knowledge and experience. Ryan has been doing termites for 20 years and Johnny has been doing termites for about the same time, I left them with some cold water because they were completely dirty and full of sweat when they were done with my job, I felt like they deserved more than the money I paid them because of how hard they actually worked these guys are impressive and I recommend you try them out and see for yourself you will not be disappointed it’s hard to find guys like this who actually care about their work these days I just had some fences installed on my house and the guys seem to take three times longer than what I was quoted and the job didn’t even come out that great. I also had a paint job done a few years back and was not too impressed either, but I have to say these guys are the best and I wish they did more thankfully they have a large network of people that they work with and reassured me that if I wanted to get my fence fixed or my house repainted that they have people that they work with closely that can give me a price that I would only be able to get through a referral, I am looking forward to painting my house coming up soon and plan on using these guys for their knowledge and their connections, good job ultimate termite control keep up the good work and I’m sure you will have plenty of happy customers if you don’t already.

this company was professional courteous on time and very knowledgeable, they took almost 2 hours to inspect my house and they brought two inspectors to my house to do the inspection, something I have never seen before and was honestly impressed with the thoroughness of their inspection, after some deliberation and consideration I decided to give these guys a try even though they were priced a little higher than the other companies I had out. But that proved itself to be for a significant reason which was that they found more termites than everybody else, meaning if I would have went with a cheaper company those companies would have missed the other termites leaving me with a job which was not complete and my house still having a termite problem when it came time to do the job they were on time again and the same to inspectors came back to do the job, which I was also impressed with because instead of giving the job to a technician and a map to read of where the termites were located, these guys already knew where everything was so I felt reassured that everything was getting taken care of correctly and they were not just playing the“salesman” “middleman”game and sending out somebody else to do the work. Since my treatment, I have not seen any termites whatsoever and the chemical that they used was top of the line, they use Thermidor HE and bora-care mind you these chemicals are not cheap to purchase so I know that they strive to do a quality job I have already recommended them to a few of my friends who have gotten work done as well and have been extremely happy with the service that UTC is providing them, they warrantee their job for two years after the initial treatment so if you see anything suspicious they will return to your property at no charge, they also return at the end of the first year to do an annual check up and make sure that you have not caught any new termites from your surrounding houses or neighbors and if there is anything new they take care of it on site, they also wet spray the attic to protect the attic because this is a place where termites like to harbor themselves and go undetected for several months if not years at a time, and by spraying the attic it ensures the termites will not be able to burrow into the wood and start any new colony’s this was very attractive to me especially because I did not have to leave my home during the treatment process I considered fumigation but came to learn that fumigating your house will kill your termites, but it will not leave you with any protection whatsoever! the termites can literally return within a week or two or even a few months down the road and a fumigation company does not come back out and fumigate your house again for free. However UTC will return and treat anything new at no charge. After the second year is up they also return to do a second annual check up and make sure everything is in order and re-treat the attic all over again plus any new infestations they may find whether it’s in your garage your attic or around the outside of your house, they also specialize in subterranean termites thank God I did not have any of those because I’ve seen the damage they can do, and they are very difficult to eradicate because there is no way to tell where the colony is located, subterranean termites could be in the middle of the street affecting every house on the block, however ultimate termite control knows exactly what to do if you come across subterranean termites I highly recommend this company for a lot of reasons. another one is that they only do termites, and termites only, they don’t do anything else like some of these other companies who do pest control and termites they spread themselves thin and are overbooked which does not leave them adequate time to do a proper job, unlike ultimate termite control who specializes in only termites they take their time and make sure that everything is done correctly from the start, I am going to have them come back summer time to repair the damaged wood around my house they do all the wood repairs themselves
