Booked and confirmed an SUV. When I showed up at 5pm, they said there were 0 cars available. The service employee simply said "sorry" and left us absolutely stranded. Do not rent here... Terrible organization and service.

Safety is not a priority. My car was rented to me with nails in the rear tire. It went flat within 2 hours of rental. It took over 3 hours of back and forth to end up without a new vehicle. Was stuck in a random city without any support from this company. Wasted theme park tickets and was told we were going to be reimbursed for those and uber rides. 6 weeks later, no one has returned any calls or emails...

waited 25 minutes at the hilton anaheim location to have no one at the desk with a line of people for someone to come back and say theres no inventory. they piled us into a van and drove us a block away to their main location to check us in and tell us its 20 minutes before a car is ready while being cleaned.

Friendly staff, easy check in and car rental. Was nice to drop the car off with the hotel after hours, very convenient.
Also have a booster you can rent if you have kids.

This was the absolute worst rental experience of my life! I had a reservation weeks ahead of time and then had to wait over two and half hours to even get checked in. However even after I checked in I couldnt get into the car because there was people there ahead of me waiting even longer. There was only one poor guy there for everyone. Also all the cars were not on location and then had to come from down the street. The worst part of it is we all are waiting in the Hilton Lobby and these vulture vacation people are trying to sell us vacations.Im thinking to myself I just want to start my vacation but cant because of Enterprise. This has soured my whole experience with the brand and I thought they were a good brand. They are so BAD. Never come here. I even thought this was a one off because the one guy said that but then when I came to write a review I see even more unhappy stuff.
