UPDATE: Email from Marvin - "the assets of the closed company will probably not be sufficient to refund your monies. We apologize for the inconvenience it will cause."
Received an email informing us as of 9/16/2019 they are halting production due to unforeseen circumstances and refunds will be given for unfinished projects.

If Marvin Butler the owner owes you money, list it here. He owes me 14K for about 8 months...

Marvin Butler owes me $5234.80 since June 13th. Sandra Norby gladly took my payment via Quickbooks, who is of no help, before leaving the company. I have sent a letter of demand and invite other to join me in a lawsuit. If Marvin can step up and offer something, even 50%, that would be better than his (Great American Mint Partners, LLC) seeking Bankruptcy protection. and leaving us all with nothing. We need to act quickly. I am in San Diego, but if someone could file and serve, I will do the paperwork. Otherwise, I am on my way to Orange County Superior Court next week. I gave him until October 15th to pay me, but that may have been a mistake as that was the day before he sent the email saying they were ceasing operations. Let's get our money back!
