It's been a very good stay here, the people are great and warm. And the food is very good here. It's a little older building decor, but it makes up from all the warm staff members that do take care of patients here at my stay.
Now the cons:
I highly recommend public communications to the clients be made clear moving forward. Because communication is the key of great success to strive excellent customer service.
The ability to keep this environment during the cold seasons temperature at a good level between 72 and 74°. It does get cold during the night. And given to the key so the Maintenance Crew so may have access on the second and third shifts.
Now the closing:
Other than that this has been a very good Nursing Care Facility. And I highly recommend Park Anaheim healthcare Center in the city of Anaheim California off on Ball road adjacent to Knott.

park anaheim administrative is really inconsiderate and disrespectful toward people that go there and the employees that work there are very rude and disrespectful and talk behind others backs and they have no respect and they had a health inspector check the place out and they did make elderly people upset from their rude comments and they will get sued

and if I were anyone who goes there need to to know about the employees cause I know someone that works there actually is such the most disrespectful and inconsiderate person and the administrator can think that they are smart but really isnt I know for a fact so you all shouldnt take your elderly there or the grandparents either they need to be put in a better facility

This place was the best place out of the 3 different places facility Ive been to for recovering!
The management team was great! They were very structured and willing to accommodate my needs.
The best part that they listen to me and what I wanted for my recovery. The first day I arrived I knew I was in a good place. The staff made me feel comfortable and relaxing knowing I was in a strange place. This made a huge difference for me. Im only 52yrs old.
So therefore I am very aware of my surroundings and see everything. Ive never heard anyone here say no to any patients. They tried there best to make everyone happy. Every person I walk passed greeted me with a smile and a hello. Made me feel GREAT!
The PT department was fantastic! Great leadership and team. How I know is because I was an ex athlete.
I know a great pt when I see it. They help me get back to my family sooner then I could imagine. Couldnt ask for anything else.
If I have any complaints would be the food. The portions was great. Its just that you can tell who ever cook the food or prep it dont cook with love. I believe when you get to this age the one thing you want is a good meal that feels like it was love behind it. If I can take a TV dinner and make it feel like I cooked it on my own and I think this place can do a lot better.
But over all I will tell my kids to put me here when I get old. At least I know I will be well taken care of and my family wont have to worry.
