Chris and all the staff at Gem Mortgage were absolutely wonderful throughout the entire loan process.
I had applied with 2 other lenders and Chris was the only agent who responded to my questions quickly and in such a friendly and informative manner...
And even my simple questions always got a thorough answer. Chris is very knowledgeable and he honestly made me feel like he was advocating for me and likely all other loan applicants to get the best loan rate possible. Im grateful to him for his guidance through the whole process.
